Nothing has been written. A stage change moves people between groups, so it says who moves, out of which group and into which, and who cannot be added to the new one — before it does anything.
Nobody is put into Pollachi Main
A centre’s main group holds everyone at Pollachi, whatever their stage. Membership follows from the centre rather than from anybody’s decision, so there is nothing to add somebody to: they are in it from the day they become a record there. Putting somebody else in it would be saying they had moved centre — a different fact, and one nothing in this application writes.
