Three ways to choose who receives something — by audience, by centre, by searching every group — all producing the same thing, a set of groups, and all ending at the same review. Above 5,000 people a second person with authority must approve, because WhatsApp has no unsend.

Say who, and the system works out which groups that is — including every part of a split group. This is the one that stops somebody missing a group because they forgot it existed.
