Two ways of naming people, and they hand the same thing to the same preview. They would go into Karur Mandala.

Six columns: name, mobile, centre, stage, whether they volunteer, and a free note we do not import. Useful for a new centre; not useful for a centre that has kept a list its own way for six years, which is most of them.

Consent

Giving us a phone number is treated as consent to be added; no separate opt-in is asked for, and that decision is what makes this workflow possible at all. A stop is always honoured, and is honoured again on the next import of the same list.

Karur Mandala

கரூர் — மண்டலம்

236 people today · 1 part · 1,024 to a WhatsApp group

Attached to Karur — a centre. Room for 788 more before another part opens, and the part number is invisible to everybody except the preview.

A stage group is everyone at one centre currently at one stage. The way in is to reach the stage, so it is offered as the stage — “the 7-Day group at their own centre” — and never as a named centre's group, which would be two facts at once.

Nothing is written until you have seen what would happen

Not the people, not the group, not one message. The next step is the whole point of this flow: it says how many are new, how many are already there, how many we may not contact, and how many WhatsApp will not let us add — and it is the same screen whichever of these two ways you chose.

The list is invented and there is nothing behind it; the people are the few dozen drawn in this wireframe, not the 183,288 on record. About this wireframe.
