Six columns: name, mobile, centre, stage, whether they volunteer, and a free note we do not import. Useful for a new centre; not useful for a centre that has kept a list its own way for six years, which is most of them.

Giving us a phone number is treated as consent to be added; no separate opt-in is asked for, and that decision is what makes this workflow possible at all. A stop is always honoured, and is honoured again on the next import of the same list.

A stage group is everyone at one centre currently at one stage. The way in is to reach the stage, so it is offered as the stage — “the 7-Day group at their own centre” — and never as a named centre's group, which would be two facts at once.
