One column we are not sure about: “IE completed?”
It looks like a yes/no answer, and a yes would mean the person has finished Inner Engineering — so we would put them at 7-Day rather than Potential. That is 1,284 people landing at the wrong stage if the guess is wrong, so it is asked rather than assumed. A column we cannot read at all is never guessed: it becomes an unusable row and is listed by row number on the preview.
Two columns are deliberately not imported. Age and free-text remarks. Isha Connect holds the person; Messaging holds their stage and their groups. A field that belongs to neither should not quietly become a third copy of somebody’s life.
